Hello, how is your summer going? I don't have vacation plans this year. We have been doing a lot of fun outings with friends. Well it is time for a new challenge over at DL.ART this time the theme is "anniversary" of course you can always substitute a thank you card. Have you checked out the DL.ART Store. There are lots of bright summer bundles of crinkle ribbon and fun buttons.

Every Saturday for the past 25 years I have been meeting a group of women for coffee. We have been through a lot of sad and happy times together. My friend Elaine and her husband John are celebrating 50 years of marriage. Her children threw a fantastic party. I made this special card for them.
I began by embossing some AG metallic gold card stock. Then I added a band of DL.ART Whipped Cream crinkle ribbon from the Creamy Dreamy Bundle . This bundle is perfect for weddings and anniversarys. I cut 2 medallions using an Anna Griffin Cricut cartridge. I popped them up with foam tape. Then I added the 50th cut.
Now it is your turn to create something for the DL.ART Thankful Thursday Challenge. I can't wait to see your Anniversary or Thank You projects. Head over to The DL.ART blog for inspiration- Diana and my DT sisters have some awesome projects.

Very elegant with the wonderful colors appropriate to celebrate this big milestone. The regal embossing in the background looks beautiful with the fancy medallions behind the 50 numbers, and I like all the little extra details of the crisp ribbon border trimmed with the rhinestone heart. Very lovely. TFS
