LOBSTER ROLLS

We went to Boston a while ago.  The lobster rolls were crazy good.  I have a picture of my son standing next to a big metal lobster statue.I am making an album for him for his graduation party, June 2016.  I now have 3 pages.  I want to do 2 pages a year.  The designer paper and the stickers are Echo Park Walking on Sunshine.  I used Cricut Close To My Heart "Artbooking" for the lay out and photo mat.  The letters and numbers are Cricut Storybook and the fun lobster is from Pack .  The journal card is Close to my Heart Picture My Life Jackson Scrapbooking Program which I purchased from Diana at DL.ART.  I also purchased the Aruba Blue ribbon from her.

fur babies with ties on

Cut it Up -is having a Ties for Fathers Day Challenge. Recently my daughter dropped off her puppy for a while.  So now we have 3 dogs.  I thought it would be fun to make a furry fathers day card.
I based the lay out around the printed DCWV paper.  The sayings on it are so cute.  The puppies, the bowties and all of the sentiments are My Creative Time.  The paw gems are from Hobby Lobby, the skittles are from Carri at Double Click Connections-they are also having a Fathers Day Challenge.  I am also linking up to DL. BEFORE AND AFTER-MOTHERS DAY CANDLE

My sister-in-laws and I always exchange a little something at our Mothers Day Brunch.  I bought a few candles from Home Goods. They came with a plain band, which I used as a template.  The longest paper I had was 12".  So I cut a circle from Plantin Schoolbook then added strips to each side.  Then I folded the sides to fit around the candle. I decorated the top with flowers from Flower Shoppe and Artiste . I ran the circle through my Cuttlebug using Textile folder. The sunburst and sentiment on the front side is also Artiste. The sentiment on the back side is My Creative Time on a Spellbinders die. The papers are My Paper Studio. I used Memento and Colorbox inks.
