Yesterday I received my Art Impressions order.  I ordered the new Water color Bird Bath Set. I also bought the Window die.  To create this card I started by cutting out the window in brown paper-then i adhered it to some wood grained Paper Studio paper.  I colored the inside of the window with a yellow Marvy marker and added a floral stripe to look like wallpaper.  Then I glued this piece to a piece owater color color paper.  I stamped the grass and bushes using the original foilage stamps.  I added some flowers from the flower set 2.  I thought the window looked bare so i water colored a kitty from the hWC Cats set.  I am entering this as my second entry into the Flowers and Foilage Challenge.  Since my order they have released a WC Dog set-it is at the top of my new list.

I have been playing around with my ART IMPRESSIONS watercolor stamps.  I love mixing and matching the beautiful sets.  For this card I used Water Color Cat SetGarden Color Mini Set and Flowering Mail box Set.  I water colored them with Marvy Markers.  After I finished coloring the scene, I cut it out with Spellbinders die.  Then i mounted the framed image on apiece of floral paper by Paper Studio.  I added some Prima flower and a sentiment by Anna Griffin.
I am entering this card into the latest challenge over at  Flowers and Foilage

I went to a beautiful backyard wedding over the weekend.  I have known the bride since she was a little girl.  It was a fun evening.  Jessica loves to bake.  I got her a set of baking sheets and a gift card to William Sonoma.  For the card I used Anna Griffin dies. The apron gift card holder is by My Creative Time.

Wow-It is great to be back designing for DL.ART Challenges.  It is time for the September Linky Challenge.  Have you visited the DL.ART Store ?  Diana has some really cool new buttons as well as her awesome ribbon.  For this challenge I used 3 buttons from the Dog1" Flair Buttons Set 2 and Lavender ribbon from the Spring bundle.
I made my background with Tim Holtz Distress Oxide inks in Wilted Violet, Pistachio, and Broken China.  Then I cut out 3 circles with a Paper Shapers 11/2"circle punch.  Each circle is backed with DCWV solid papers.  I added some sequins from my stash.  The sentiment is by My Favorite Things.

I can't wait to see your creations.  Check out what the DT has created and the fabulous new products in the DL.ART Shop.
