My friends 93 year old grandmother danced to heaven last week.  That is how she described it.  I made this card for her using Anna Griffin papers and stickers.  The back pieces are cut on my Cricut using Anna's Flourish Cards and Embellishments.  I added some Pure White Crinkle Ribbon from the Valentine Bundle by DL.ART.
I am entering this into Fantabulous Cricut's "Sympathy" Challenge.

"You are only young once, but you can be immature for a lifetime!"  I love the image and the fun sentiment in the Art Impressions Lifetime set.  I am alway short on masculine birthday cards.  I water colored the images using a brush and Marvy markers.  Then I cut them out using My Creative Time Dies.  The papers are Echo Park.  The beautiful ribbons are from the DL.ART Store-Rainbow Bundle.
I am entering these into the Anything Goes Challenge over at Art Impressions

I got my inspiration from Bonnie at Art Impressions.  Before I started the project I had picked out two spring crinkle ribbons-Lavender from the Spring bundle and Aruba Blue from the Tropical Bundle.  I watercolored the Art Impression images  using Marvy Markers and a paint brush.  The polka dot paper is from my stash and the glitter paper is DCWV.

The Anna Griffin Pop-Up card cartridge for Cricut is so fun to play around with.  This time I am playing around with the Birthday Present cut.  I wanted to add bling to the inside.  I traded out some of the gift cuts and added patterned papers and gems in place.  The front of the card is a cut from Cricut Access.  All of the papers are from an old Martha Stewart stack.  The twine is by DL.ART STORE

Valentines Day is less than a week away.  Have you been busy making pink and red projects?  Pink and Red is the theme of the new Thankful Thursday Challenge over at DL.ART.  Diana has lots of fun ribbons and buttons in her shop.  For this Challenge I used Pure Love and Red Hot Love from the Valentines Bundle.  I also used red and white time from the Basic Twine selection.  Diana offers my readers a 10% discount just use the code KA345 at check out
My 3 year old grand nephew Gavin loves anything Disney.  I used Mickey and Friends in Cricut design space.  There were too many little pieces so I used the print and cut feature.  I cut the speech bubble and popped it up on foam squares.  The XO paper is American Crafts.  I made a pom pom type bow using red and white twine and Pure Love and Red Hot Love.  The ribbons and twines coordinate so well.  The sentiment is a MCT die.
Check out all of the goodies in the DL.ART Store.
Also take a look at what Diana and her team have made over at the DL.ART BLOG.  Have a great day full of love and happiness and maybe some crafting.

The Anna Griffin Cricut Pop-Up cartridge is so fun to play.  Most of the cuts are for the inside, then there is a print a cut for the outside.  A while back I purchased the AG Trellis dies and stamps and the die cuts.  Almost everything on this card is Anna Griffin

DL.ART FEBRUARY Linky Challenge

Hello, Ity is the first day in February-it's time for another Linky Challenge over at DL.ART
Diana has lots of pretty pink and red ribbons in her store.  For this challenge I used Sweet Love and Red Hot Love from the Valentines Bundle.  Diana offers my readers a 10% discount just use the code KA345 at checkout.
Sophie is my newest grand niece-she was born in July.  For her First Valentines card, I decided to go with Hello Kitty.  Lately I have been using the Print and cut feature on my Cricut.  It works really well with cuts that have a lot of little pieces. The winged hear is pieced together Hello Kitty is print and cut.  Her bow is Red Hot Love the ruffled border at the bottom is Sweet Love.  Both ribbons are in the Valentine Bundle.

Visit DL.ART to see what the designers have created for the Linky Challenge.  I can't wait to see what you come up with.
