HOOT HOOT WHAT A SHAPE

There are a few shaped card challenges this week.  I decided to use this owl cut from Wild Card 2/  I cut the card at 2.25 in.  The base cardstock is Core'dinations, the other solids are Paper Studio Adhesives.  The patterned is Basic Grey.  The sentiment tag is MCT, the sentiment is Scrappy Moms.  I ran the branch thru my Cuttlebug   The skittle is from doubleclick

Karen at LITTLE SCRAP PIECES is having an "Oh Baby" Challenge.  She has a brand new grandbaby.  Congrats Karen.  I have a new stamp set from Stamps of Life, "Award2Staamp,".  The shaped card is from Wild Card 2/  The sentiment stamp is My Creative Time.  The gems are EK Success.  The hearts are stamped with a stamp from  Stampin Up using Mementos Ink.  Sorry I m not sure who the brad is by.  I took them off of the backing.  Oval die is Spellbinders.  I am also linking up to DL. GLAD I CAUGHT YOU

Hope your Sunday afternoon is as relaxing as mine.  My family is coming for dinner tonight.  But I had some time to make an anniversary card.  It is my first time using a new camera.  So far so good.  I used Wild Card 2 for the card base and for the fishing image.  I am entering this into FCCB use a heart challenge

GET WHALE

When I first got Wild Card 2 , I wasn't thrilled with it.  I think it is the colors they use on the examples.  Now that I have been playing with it I love it.  I made this card for my sister-in-law who has been in the hospital.  I am entering this into the Creative Cutter Room "Googly Eye Challenge"CLICK HERE to see the fun creative design team projects and to enter this challenge

Last weekend we met our daughter, Lanie's, boyfriend for the first time.  He took us to delicious lunch at the Four Seasons in Santa Barbara.  I used Wild Card 2 for the first time.
