POODLE BIRTHDAY

Usually I only make one card at a time.  When I saw this weeks MOJO MONDAY sketch, I decided to make 7 versions of the sketch.  I had a box of blank David Tutera  blank cards.  Here are 2 versions.
The top card is cut from Once Upon a Princess.  The bone die is MCT.  The sentiment is Scrappy Moms. The ribbon was off a gift.  I embossed the circle with a Darice paw folder.  The solid chalkboard paper is DCWV.  The patterned papers are My Minds Eye.I am entering this card into The Dog Days of Summer Challenge at BBTB2
This second card uses the same papers.  The sentiment is from My Craft Spot.  The cut is Paisley and the lace is Recollections.

AMETHYST CUPCAKE

Amethyst is the birthstone for February.BBTB2 is having an Amethyst Cake or cupcake Challenge.  I got a pretty bright paper pad called "Happiness" by Kathy Davis.  Lots of purple and aqua papers.  My friend's grand daughter loves purple.  The ticket die and stamp are from MY CREATIVE TIME.  I used Once Upon a Princess cartridge for the cupcake.  I am also linking this up to DL ART Thankful Thursday Linky Party.

FLYING POODLE

I made this card for  a few challenges BBTB2 is having a balloon challenge CLICK HERE to see the DTs projects and for more info.  Also Mary at Cardz TV is having a Color the Rainbow challenge, use pink, green blue and yellow.  With minimal black and white.  CLICK HERE for details.  I chose not to use any black or white.  The clouds are light blue glitter.  It was quite a challenge for me I really wanted a black nose on the poodle.  But if poodles can fly, then they can have magenta noses.

MAG CHALLENGE 42-Once Upon A Princess

Happy Friday to you.  I hope you all have time for crafting this holiday weekend.  I am working Saturday, but plan to craft my heart away the other two days.  This weeks challenge at MAGmagchallengebythepage.blogspot.com is to use page 66 of "Once upon a Princess"  There are quite a few cute cuts to choose from.  I made a little gift bag and matching card.  I am going to put a lipgloss and a gift card for a "Girls Night Out" dinner.
Please remember for MAG Challenge you cannot use any other Cricut cartridge, page or cut from another cartridge (even if it is in your stash), only cuts from the specified page.  However, you can use any stamps or stickers or other fun embellishments you may have.

Birthday Card

Hello todays card uses a phrase as the center cut.  "Never enough cake" from the "Once upon a Princess Cartridge.  I made a center step card.  The directions are from splitcoast stampers http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/resources/tutorials/centerstepcard/
When i photographed the card, I was focusing on close ups of various parts.  Then when I went to do my post , I realized I hadn't shot the whole card.  Hence, the difference in color, the sun had gone down. I really wanted to use the "Scrappy Moms Stamps" that says "Sweet Birthday Wishes"  I inked each part of the stamp separately and punched them out so they would fit on the side.
