RECYCLED INTERIOR DESIGN SAMPLES

A few days ago my brother in law who is an interior designer asked me if I would like some old sample books.  Of course, I said yes.  Little did I know it would be a whole trunk full of linoleum, vinyl, wallpaper and tile samples.  The first thing I made was an easel card using a vinyl wall paper .  It is very thick. It is a metallic silver grey.  The bottom of the card is a darker grey
MATERIALS
silver cardstock, white pearl cardstock and black textured -colorbok
white, red and yellow card stock-recollections-Michaels
Cricut Lite Dude cartridge
stamp-Studio G(Michaels $1 bin) with Studio G white chalk ink
ATG tape gun
Aileens Clear Gel Tacky Glue
Wallpaper sample-ARC-COM
ribbon-Celebrate it-Basic Basic, Michaels
DIRECTIONS
Cut 6X12" piece of silver card stock for card base.  score at 6" and 9"
cut two pieces of vinyl 5X2 and one 5X6
position card vertically so that 6"portion is facing you. Adhere 2" strip pf vinyl to bottom-this will hold easel up.  Make mountain fold at 9" and adhere front of card (5X6" piece of vinyl)
Cut snow boarder on cricut twice at 2". cut "extreme" at 1"(there are 3 layers) cut mountains at 1.5 and 1.25 to add dimension
Embellish with ribbon and sentiment

  2. Katie, If you are just trying to post it to your blog to the sidebar...right click onto the stylish blogger image and "save picture as" and put it into a file location where you know where the folder is. Then go into blogger design and click on add a gadget and scroll down till you see picture option and then go back to the folder and grab that picture. Hope that helps:)
