Green, Purple, Blue Stars and Stripes

Hello  I am really liking this cute little card that I made for a challenge at Birthday Sundaes. The challenge is to make a Birthday card that has stars and stripes.  I knew I wanted to make a shaped card from the Wid Card Cartridge and that I wanted the candle to be stars.  For the stars I used a cupcake topper from "Cupcake Wrappers"  I tried to weld the two cuts with my gypsy but it didn't work out. Aileenes Tacky Glue has always been one of my faves.  I use it with a fine paintbrush for small cuts.  I was thrilled when I saw it in pen form. No more paintbrushes to clean.
