WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR INSPIRATION?

Fantabulous Cricut is having a spring Crawl. fantabulouscricut.blogspot.com They are also having   a spring inspired challenge.  I have made a lot of umbrella cards lately and frankly I am sick of the rain.  The sun came out so I wanted to put on a tank top.  And this is where I got inspiration for a spring card
tank top-lots of bling
easel card

 MATERIALS
Papers;textured cardstock-Colorbok
Watercolor pencils-Staeddtler
Chalk-Hampton Arts
Stamp-Hampton arts
Punch-Martha Stewart
Gems:Recollections;Colorbok,Qeen&Co;Michaels $1 bin
Adhesives-ATG;Aileenes Clear Gel Tacky Glue
Cricut-Mothers Day Bouquet and Sweet Treats
Directions
With watercolor pencils shade in .5" lines across a piece of white 8.5X11" piece of paper(I used pinks, blues and purples)Blend in with slightly damp brush
For easel card cut a 6X12" piece of card stock.  Score at 6"and 9". position card vertically with scored line facing you.  Adhere a piece of 5.5X6" piece of yellow card stock(Card face) to last scored section.  (Part of card face will not be adhered to green card.)To card face add a 5.25X5.75" piece of watercolored paper,  Cut flowers flower 1 (pg49 Sweet Treats) at 1.5";flower 3 (pg51 Sweet Treats)at 2"
From Mothers Day Bouquet cut leaves at 1" and blue flowers at 1" . Shade flowers with chalk(I used a chalk that has glitter in it) I also did some shading with colored pencils.  Then add tons of bling. I used Tacky glue for all of the small pieces.
Punch border on a 5.5X2" piece of yellow card stock.Place strip of pink paper behind punched out section.  Stamp sentiment. Add a .5in Flower(Mothers Day Bouquet) embellish.  Using dimensional tape add this piece to bottom of card.
