DANIEL IS GOING TO NURSING SHOOL.

My nephew Daniel has worked so hard at college.  He is on the Deans list and got into a great Nursing School.  He is such a great kind and will be a wonderful and caring nurse.  I wanted to give him a little something so I made this card for him. I flattened some images from the DR Checkup cartridge, printed them then cut them out with my Cricut.  I also cut a big "Congratulations" for the inside but forgot to take a picture of it.  Way to Go Daniel

JACKIE LOVES KITTIES

I made this card for my friend Patty, who love pets.  This is another Anna Griffin Pop Up Card.  I have made this card before using primary colors.  This time I chose the colors based on the aqua kitty paper by Doodlebug. I know Jackie will love this card

DL.ART THANKFUL THURSDAY CHALLENGE-SPRING

Hello.  Spring has arrived and it is time for a new Thankful Thursday challenge over at DL.ART.  Guess what? Spring is the theme of this challenge.  You can always substitute a Thank You card.  I made a Spring Thank You card.  There are lots of pretty Bundles of Crinkle Ribbon.  I used Sweet Pea from the Sweet Bundle.  Diana offers my readers a 10% discount just use the code KA345 at check out.

Daffodils are my favorite spring flower.  When I saw Elizabeth Craft Designs "Garden Notes Daffodil dies" I knew they would make a great spring card.  They are 3 dimensional.  I water colored all of the pieces and added some flocking to the stamen.  I centered the flowers on a center label by Spellbinders.  then I added a beautiful Sweet Pea bow.

DOG CARD FOR JODY

My friend, Jody loves dogs.  So this Anna Griffin Pop-up card is perfect for her.  I love the Ana Griffin Pop-up Cartridge.  The inside is cut and assemble, the outside is a print and cut.  Usually I re design the front.  The paw and dog papers are Echo Park.  The solid papers inside are Paper Studio adhesive.  I am entering this into the Fantabulous Cricut Anything Goes Challenge

MOO IT'S ANOtHER AI GATEFOLD CARD

Art impressions is having a Gatefold Challenge.  They allow you to enter 2 projects.  Yesterday I posted a pretty floral card.  Todays project is a fun play on words.  I found the perfect paper to go with the Spring Chicken Set-Barnyard by Bella BLVD.  I began by water  coloring the image with Marvy Markers.  Then I cut it out using MCT dies.  Then I added the fun farm scene paper to the panels.

GATEFOLD THANK YOU CARD

Art Impressions are having a Gatefold Challenge. I decided to use the Wishing well set.  I followed a Water color Wednesday video by Bonnie.  These are awesome tutorials.  I substituted some of the flowers.  The images are water colored with Marvy markers.The ombre purple paper and sentiment is Anna Griffin.  The blue embossed paper is Recollections.  The ovals were cut with MCT Stitched Oval Dies
