My laptop crashed last night.  It had to be sent away.  So I probably won't be posting much.  Borrowing hubbies laptop is not that convenient.  I don't want to load pics on it.  But I hope to be able to comment on your posts.

57 ANNIVERSARY CARD

Yesterday my parents celebrated their 57th anniversary.  I made this card with a Spellbinders die that I got on Clearance.  It is a fold and tuck die.  I noticed the sentiment is crooked.  Oh well, I already gave it to them.

TACO-THE ALPHA DOG

My daughter has a Chihuahua, called Taco.  When he comes to visit , he rules the house, including my Standard Poodle.  For Christmas I make all of the family pets treat bags.  Maybe this year I'll make the treats too.  BBTB2  is having a French Fry Box Challenge.  I got the box cut from TBB&M2 The dog is from Four Legged Friends.

LADYBUG IN A CIRCLE

I am loving the Sketch Challenge at DIE CUTTING DIVAS.  I used a Spellbinders die for the base.  The Lady bug is from "Just Because Cards."   The papers are DCWV, except for the Polka Dot which is Echo Park.  The ribbon is Recollections.  The stamp is The Stamps of Life. I finally took out "Teddy Bear Parade" a cart I have had for a while.  Good thing I did, my mom needed a card for a little girl.The base paper is Colorbok,  The rest is DCWV.  I am loving my new 6X6 The Glitter Basics Stack.  The sentiment die is Spellbinders, the stamp Scrappy Moms.

INSPIRED GET WELL CARD

I was originally making this card for a challenge, but I missed the deadline.  There are two blogger freinds who are the inspiration for this card.  Lisa at INDY MERMAID  makes gorgeous projects with Spellbinders.  Also, Sherrie from SHERRIE SCRAPS WITH PASSION also combines Spellbinders and embellishments to create beautiful cards.
I used all of the dies from Spellbinder "Resplendent Rectangles" The bird is also a Spellbinder die
All of the papers are from DCWV.  The sentiment is Stamps of Life, "Trees 2 Build"  I used Colorbox ink.
