Hello, It has been a few days.  My birthday was Friday and I have been celebrating with friends and family.  How was your Easter.  Did you eat lots of chocolate.  

When my son, Robert, was a little boy he loved to cook.  So I made this page to remember those beautiful, messy moments.  Cricut has some awesome pre designed pages.  I used a page from Familly Album and changed a few things up.  The chalkboard papers are Recollections, the rest is DCWV.

I hope you had a great Easter.  I had to make a last minute card.  I mixed and matched a few cards I had saved on Design Space.  The base is from Anna Griffin, the egg is from Teresa Collins Easter Basket and the bunny is from Home For the Holidays Spring.  The flourish is Paper Studio

EGG SHAPED CARD

Hello it is time for another Thankful Thursday Challenge at DL.ART.  This time Anything Goes.  For this card I used ribbons from the new spring-bundles.  There are two beautiful sets - Bundle 1 has Primrose and Lavender.  Bundle 2 has Peach and Mint.  These colors are perfect for spring and mothers Day projects.  Diana generously gives my followers 10% off just use the code K34510 at check out.
The base card was cut with Cricut Design Space.  The lacy egg is Teresa Collins Easter Basket and the daffodils are from the Spring Cottage Cartridge.  The sentiment and banner are My creative Time.

GOT WHEELS

I can't believe this little guy is now an adult an will be leaving for college in August.  He was a was a wild and crazy 4 year old.  The base paper is and the solid mats are DCWV.  I used Echo Park stickers.Only 15 more years to scrap.

TRY FOLD

I though I would try to make a Try Fold card by Art Impressions.  I was going to start over because I thought the middle scene was crooked.  My daughter thought it looked like  quaint uphill, european street.  I stamped the images on Canson Watercolor paper using Stayzon ink.  Then I watercolored the images using Marvy Markers.

SIT LONG ...TALK MUCH

I made this fun card for a friend who who love a cup of tea.  The stamp is Art Impressions Talk Much set.  I watercolored the image with Marvy Markers.  The square dies are Spellbinders.  I used a Paper Studio gem flourish and the paper is DCWV.

HOT JAVA MAMAS

Hello.  It has been a while since I posted.  Both of my daughters are home for a while.  The house is busy.  Last weekend I went to the Scrapbook Expo.  I took a few classes and did a lot of shopping.  I bought a lot of Artistic Impression stamps.
For the last 25 years my old neighbor friends and I meet for coffee on Saturday mornings.  We have been through a lot together.  I made this card for one of the gals.

I cut the mat with a Spellbinders die.  The papers are Colorbok.  I stamped the image on Canson watercolor paper with Stayz on ink.  Then i put some ink from Marvy markers on a palette.   I then watercolored the images.  The beautiful Sweet Love Ribbon is from the Valentine Bundle at DL.ART

ST PATRICKS DAY ANNIVERSARY

One of my very best friends got married on St Patricks Day.  Her wedding was beautiful-green and white.  My bridesmaid dress was a gorgeous emerald green color.  That was over 20 years ago.  Every year I make her a St. Patricks Day/Anniversary card.  I started of by cutting the lacy mat using my Cricut Explore with Anna Griffin's "Flourish Cards and Embellishments"    The sentiment is also from this cartridge.  I am loving the pen feature on the Exolore.  Then I added a boy and girl silhouette from "A Childs Year"  I used Paper Studio flowers and gem flourish.  The sentiment is by My Creative Time.  The bow is made with the beautiful by DL.ART.  I used Green Hue from the Mermaids Tail Third Edition Bundle.  The white is from the Valentine's Bundle..  I added a few Lettuce Skittles by Carrie at DoubleClick.  They are hosting a Use Green Challenge
