BIRTHDAY GIRL

I am needing a few birthday card.  This one is for two challenges.  The first one is PAPER PLAY SKETCHES,  the second one is DoubleClickSkittles-A Birthday Challenge.  I water colored a Prima doll stamp using some glitter water colors.  Then I fussy cut her and used some recollection papers.  The fun gem balloon is Paper Studio.  The skittles are by carrie at DoubleClick.

    Adorable card! Don't you just love the Julie Nutting dolls? I sure do! Love the papers you used, especially the polka dots! That balloon is awesome too!
