BIRTHDAY GIRL

I am needing a few birthday card.  This one is for two challenges.  The first one is PAPER PLAY SKETCHES,  the second one is DoubleClickSkittles-A Birthday Challenge.  I water colored a Prima doll stamp using some glitter water colors.  Then I fussy cut her and used some recollection papers.  The fun gem balloon is Paper Studio.  The skittles are by carrie at DoubleClick.

TRAIN OBSESSION

I Have been working hard on the scrapbook for my son s graduation  I want to make a page or two a year.  When he was 3 he loved trains.  I even made a train cake for him.  The tracks are Cricut-First Few Years the sentiment is from Nate's ABC's.  The papers are Recollections Chalkboard and Core'dinations.  Ok 3 years down 15 to go.

ROLLER COASTER FUN

Here is a fun page I made for my sons scrapbook.  When he was younger he loved roller coasters.  I am sure I have some fun photos.  I was inspired to make this page by the current  Die Cuttin' Divas LET'S GO TO THE CARNIVAL Challenge.  The fun patterned papers are by Echo Park.  The blue chalkboard cardstock is Recollections.  The roller coaster cut is Cricut Carousel.  I used red and yellow twine from the DL.ART shop

26th Anniversary Card

I had made a card for our anniversary-but decided it was way too girly.  I chose an Artistic Impression"His and Hers Flying High".  I used the current Mojo Monday Challenge.  The beautiful red ribbon is Red Hot Love by DL.ART.  To make the bow more masculine I added a bronze brad and cut the loops of the bow.

FLYING DOG

Janis from Pause Dream and Enjoy has a new sketch blog-PAPER PLAY SKETCHES.  Here is my take on the first sketch.  The image I used is Artistic Impressions "His and Hers Flying High".  I stamped the image on Canson Watercolor paper with Stayz On ink.  I colored in the image using a paintbrush and watered down Marvy markers.  I then colored some light clouds around the image and cut it out with a circle die by My Creative time.  I used My Minds Eye "Handsome Boy" papers.

KEY TROUBLE

I have a funny story.  A few weeks ago my key wasn't working in the ignition.  So I had to use the valet key.  I had dropped it in the parking lot while I was in the store.  So i thought something had bent the tip of the key.  Yesterday my son wanted to drive my car.  I told him to use the valet key.  He looked at the damaged one and said "I can fix this What is this in the groove? "  It was a rhinestone from a card I had made.
I packaged the valentine pocket letters in these cute bags I made using the Frozen cartridge.

VALENTINE POCKET CARD POST 2

Finally i have completed the Valentine pocket letters I am making for my friends grand children.  I cut all of the Frozen cuts with The Frozen cartridge and my Explore.  There were a lot of layers on each cut.  My third post (hopefully tomorrow) will be the bag I put the letters in.  The turned out bulky because of all the goodies I put in them.  The sentiment is MY CREATIVE TIME-Happy Everything

DL.ART THANKFUL THURSDAY PINK, RED, HEARTS OR ALL OF THE ABOVE

first I cut an Anna Griffin card using my explore. I embossed the floral paper from Hobby Lobby with the Cricut Textile folder. The lacy love bird heart is from Cricut Lovestruck. I cut "love" sentiment using a My Creative Time die. 

I can't wait to see your pink and red or heart creations.

for my second card I used a K and Company mat. I threaded Sweet Love and Pure Love ribbon through the holes. Then I mounted the mat on a pearl white card base (Core'dinations). The gem flourishes are Paper Studio   The cherub cut is also from Lovestruck.

FIVE MINUTE GIFT BAG

Today its my friend Alda's birthday.  I bought her a lot of Scottie dog plates and towels,  I didn't have the right bag.  I knew I wanted black, white and pink.  I found an old Sephora bag, cut out a few ovals using Hobby Lobby adhesive paper.  Then I cut the cupcake and added the scottie on top.  The scottie is Cricut.  The cupcake and the ovals are MY CREATIVE TIME-  Save those bags its easy to repurpose them.

Valentine Pocket Card Post 1

I am making some pocket valentine cards for my friends 4 grand daughters.  Today I am posting the front side.  I hope to post the other side tomorrow .  All of the pocket cards are cut with Stitched-Rectangular-Frame-Dies-More by My Creative Time.  The papers are either Echo Park or Disney Frozen.
