Back again with some more dog cards.  My neighbor has a weenie dog named Charlie.  He is so cute.  I found this darling cut on the Cricut Paisley cartridge.  I cut a whole sheet of doggies.  A few different sizes and both directions.

One pad of paper, one sketch and a few scraps.  The sketch is from Mojo Monday.  Their sketch was tall and Skinny,  I decided to do an A2 size.  All of the patterned papers are Hobby Lobby Paper Studio.  The solids are scraps. The rectangular die is Spellbinders.  The circle ,"thanks", "hello" and the cupcake are all MY CREATIVE TIME

I  am getting ready for a small holiday boutique.  I made 24 holiday bags.  Here are a few of my favorites.  The deer paper is from Paper Studio.  The deer and bag dies are from My Creative Time.

For the second bag I used Paper Studio papers.  The scottie is from Just Because cards.

I made a few kitty cards using My Creative Time's You Had Me At Meow.  The background was cut with Stitched Rectangular Frames and More, I used Bunch Of Stitched Doily Dies and Bunch of Fun Circle Dies.  These beautiful bright papers are from the Sabato Domingo pad by Paper Studio.  I got these ribbons from an antique store called Gorgeous Bits.  I have been asked to be in a boutique on Dec 3. I am going to try to make 3 of everything

DL.ART THANKFUL THURSDAY CHALLENGE #167-FALL FOOD

I love cooking in the fall-apples, pumpkins, squash.  Butternut squash soup, apple crumble and pumpkin bread are some of my favorite.  Diana at DL.ART is having a "Thankful Thursday Challenge #167-Fall Food Challenge."  Have you seen the beautiful fall ribbons that Diana has in her shop.  She has a Fall Bundle and a Halloween Bundle-both have fabulous colors for fall projects.  For my card today I used Light Burnt Leaf, Turning Leaf and Green Leaf.  (all from the Fall Bundle)  I also used the brown and white twine.  Diana is offering my followers a 10% discount if you use the code K34510 at check out.
    The papers I used are Cloud 9.  Celebrate With A Flourish is one of my favorite Cricut cartridges.  The "grateful" die is My Creative Time.

I made a special birthday bag for my neighbor, who turned 60.  To begin with I made pineapple infused vodka which I put in a Mason jar.  I thread some twine behind a black doily and added a few Recollections labels.  I got the beautiful pounded copper cups at Pier One.  For the bag I used some papers by Paper studio and Project Life journaling card.  The "Celebrate" die is from My Creative Time.

I can't believe that I have had this blog for almost five years. Thank you to all of my friends. FALL BANNER REVISITED

I made this banner for my niece.  I did;t have a lot of time.  Luckily, I had a banner in my Gypsy from a few years ago.  That one said "Happy Thanksgiving"  She wants "Happy Fall".  The banner pieces are  a Spellbinders die.  The letters  are from Plantain Schoolbook, the turkey and pumpkin are on the Celebrate with Flourish Cartridge.  The patterned papers are Cloud 9, the solids are DCWV.  Vanessa picked out the purple color, I was a little hesitant-thought it would look to Halloweenie.  But I love it.  I am entering this into the fall challenge at  FCCB

3 BLACK, GOLD AND WHITE DOG CARDS

I ordered a few sets of Jessica Lynn Original AKC dog stamp sets.  I have a friend who loves West Highland dogs.  I have already made her more than 30 cards-So I am always looking for some new dog stamps.  Jessica Lynn has a lot of different dog breed stamp sets.  I also purchased the Shih Tzu set.  I have recently adopted my daughter's dog-Prince.
All 3 cards have Paper Source card stock for the base.  The patterned papers are The Paper Studio. "Simple Elegance with Foil"  All of the gems are from Hobby Lobby. For the first two cards I used  Atlantic Hearts Challenge #128.  The Hello die is My Creative Time Hello Frame Die.

DL.ART THANKFUL THURSDAY CHALLENGE #168-HALLOWEEN

It is time for another Thankful Thursday Challenge over at DL.ART.  The theme for this one is Halloween.  Diana has an awesome Halloween Bundle in her shop.  The colors are amazing.  I used Purple Haze and Ghoul Green.
   I made this cute milk carton treat box using a few MY CREATIVE TIME products-Milk-Carton-Die, Boo-Die and Fangtastic-Day-Stamp-Set  I colored the little Frankie using Stamping' Up watercolor pencils.

HAPPY EVERYTHING

I made this card for a friend who is going to be visit family abroad for 4 months.  So this card is 5 cards in one.  She will miss Halloween, her birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years..  The die and all of the sentiments are from My Creative Time-Happy Everything.  The airplane and cloud background MCT.  The papers are Hobby Lobby.  I used recollections white chalk ink and Tim Holz_China Blue.  The beautiful red and white ribbons are from the DL.ART STORE-Newspaper Bundle RAO Red and Chalk White

PINK JOURNEY

Diana at DL.ART is having a Pinky Linky Breast Cancer Awareness Challenge.  For this challenge I used the Cricut Pagoda Cartridge for the word "Journey" and for the Flower.  I cut the word on watercolor paper, then I sponged a background using Recollections and Momento Inks.  I dolored the word in with Momento ink and a paint brush.  The bow is made with beautiful pink ribbons from DL.ART store.  I used the Vintage Vineyard Bundle- Pink Champagne and Cabernet.  The sequins are Teresa Collins.  I used some gold colored Perfect Pearls to highlight the flower

GO KITTY,GO

Hello Kitty is one of my favorite cartridges.  When I saw a few Shaped card challenges, I knew what cartridge to pull out.  I used a brand new mat, it was so sticky that the paper curled when i took it off the mat.  I used DCWV adhesive papers,  For the hub cap bolts and head lights I used Skittles by Carri at Double-click Connections.  By the way Carri is having a "Let's Roll -use a wheel challenge,"

HAPPY,HAPPY, HAPPY

I got the inspiration for this card from a color blocking post on MY CREATIVE TIME.  All of the shades of orange are DCWV Yardstick Stack-Brights.  I cut three  different orange rectangles using My Creative Time Stitched-Rectangular-Frame-Dies-More-I cut the word "happy"out in the darkest and middle shades.  I then put the medium orange block over the lightest shade.  "happy" is from the set Happy-Everything-Stamp-Set-.  Then I cut the cupcake using Light-The-Candles-Stamp-Die-Set  A few CTMH sequins and I was done.

You Inspire Me

I am made this card for a friend who inspires me creatively and who is a great support emotionally.  This past week I have had a lot of serious issues at home.  My friend have listened, prayed and helped me through this tough time.
For this card I used My Creative Time Bunch-of-Fun-Circle-Dies- for the card base.  The inner circles are Bunch-of-Stitched-Doily-Dies.  The flowers in the middle are from the All-Around-Everything-I-Stamp-Set-MCT.  I love this new papered I got from Hobby Lobby it its Doodlbug's "Hello Sunshine"  The sequins are from CTMH.

HAPPY 18TH

It is the first of October that means 2 things.  My son is 18 and it is the first day of the DL.ART THANKFUL THURSDAY OCTOBER LINKY PARTY.  Have you seen the new Fall Bundle ribbon at the DL.ART Shop.  The colors are so rich and beautiful.  For this card I used the "Light Burnt Leaf" ribbon and the brown and white twine.  I cut the loops of the bow to make it more boyish.  Diana is offering my followers a 10% discount-Use the code"K34510" when checking out.
       The tree and the skunk are from Cricut  " Campin Critters "   I love this cartridge.  I embossed the tree using Cuttlebug "Divine Swirls." The sentiment dies are My Creative Time.  This tree has Golden Delicious apples, which are yellow skittles by Carri at DOUBLE-CLICK CONNECTIONS.
