My son is taking geometry this year. I had to hire him a tutor, cuz I know zero about that subject. Of course he thinks I should remember everything I learned 35 years ago. But I know enough about shapes to make this geometric card that fits 2 shape challenges and a gypsy challenge. I pulled out an old cartridge "Accent Essentials" I welded the hexagons on my gypsy to make the base. Then I used one of the circular flower motifs in the center. The papers have dots or hexagons. Pink flower is made from hexagon paper using a My Creative Time die.

Welcome to the "Hexagons" Challenge - I have to laugh... I had to literally draw it out to figure out what a hexagon would look like! I know the 6 sides thing... just could not picture the shape! For me it is a spatial concepts thing. You did great getting all those shapes in that one card Katie!
ReplyDeleteSee you again next week at Craft Your Passion?
