Hello.  I hope to be creating soon.  I have an ear problem that is causing my balance to be off.  I just haven't had any mojo for the last few days.  Working and daily errands are zapping my energy.  I hope to visit you all soon.  Katie

LADYBUG HUGS

I made this card for a friend who helped me out this weekend, when I fainted at my sons Lacrosse game.  A few of the parents sacrificed watching their sons play to help me out.  I felt better on Saturday and Sunday.  But, it came back today.  I am going to the doctor tomorrow.

The papers are DCWV all of the stamps are from "Stamps of Life"  I used Colorbox inks.  The square and the flower dies are from Spellbinders and the sentiment die is from My Creative Time. The gems are Creative Imaginations. The ladybug is on a Action Wobble that I won from Janis at Pause, Dream & Enjoy and Paper Playtime.  Speaking of PAUSE,DREAM & ENJOY  they are having a "Friendship" challenge.  I am also linking up to DL.ART Thankful Thursday April Linky Party.

BABY SHOWER MULTI FOLD CARD

I have had this really cute Jillibean Soup paper for a while.  I just could not think of a fun way to use it.  I made this card based on a few challenges. DL.ART   is having a "Thankful Thursday Rain Challenge".  BBTB2 is having a "Welcome Baby" challenge.  and PAPER PLAYTIME is having a "more than 1 fold" challenge. Also, FCCB is having an "April Shower" challenge.
For this card I used Create a Critter 2 for the duck and A Childs Year for the umbrella.  The sentiments are from My Creative Time.  The center motif is Spellbinders.

Quick Bday card

My son needed a boy bday card.  I had some stamped images that I had colored a while ago. the striped paper is from Costco.  The burlap is from Liz's paper Loft  I used Spellbinders for the center cuts  The stamp is from Dots.  I am entering this into DL.ART Thankful Thursday Linky Party.

PRETTY PASTEL FLOWER

I made this card for a friend at works birthday.  It fits two challenges.  LITTLE SCRAP PIECES is having a May Flowers challenge.  Also, DIE CUTTING DIVAS is having a pastel challenge. The colors are so light it was hard to photograph.  I used Florals Embellished.

HELLO.  Happy Friday to all of you.  I am looking forward to a weekend of crafting.  This card is totally the opposite of what I thought I was going to create.  I made it to fit the current challenge at FCCB.  It is a color and shape challenge.  Yellow and triangles.  I pictured a light yellow and white polka dot card.  I can't believe I didn't have any light yellow paper.  I used birthday Bash for the triangles.  All papers are DCWV.  The letters are stickers from my stash.  The flowers are K&Company.

WALKING IN THE RAIN

There are two challenges this week that require the use of an umbrella.  CELEBRATE THE OCCASION "April Showers"  and Karen st LITTLE SCRAP PIECES is having a Fun Friday April Shower Challenge.
I used Summer in Paris cartridge for the do and the lady.  The umbrella is from Create a Critter.  The cloud paper is from a banner pad by Heidi Grace.  The sentiment is from Stamps of life.  The pearls are from Martha Stewart.

I made this cute friendship card to give to one of my Sister In Laws for Mothers Day.

The image is from Recollection, I used Prisma color pencils  The papers are from Kaisercraft and Doodlebug.  The ribbon is from Girls Paperie.  I framed the image using Spellbinder.  The sentiment tile is from Cloud nine.  I used a David Tutera card for the base

CRYING STRAWBERRIES

Fantabulous Cricut is having an April Fools Challenge.CLICK HERE for more details.  My friend Diana from DL.Art made a super fun joke card.  She inspired me to look at "Kids are Punny"  a joke book by Rosie O"Donnell.  I chose the joke "Why are the baby strawberries crying?"  "Because their mother is in a jam."  I chose a sketch that Die Cutting Divas have for a challenge. Also Paper Playtime is having a "pun" challenge.  I used Hello Kitty for the strawberries and from the kitchen for the jar.
