Thank you Cherry Much

I made this card for a friend who gave us a huge box of cherries. The inspiration came from DCWV "Garden Harvest" stack. I am entering this into a challenge at  DCWV. The sentiment is from my computer. The cherry gem is nail art . I used Spellbinders for the circular shapes and distressed edges with Tim Holtz Walnut Stain.  The color of the background paper came out looking bright,  It really is alot darker burgundy.  I'm still learning my ipad camera. (I don't think I should of enhanced the photo)

Hello, I made this card for a Birthday and Pearl Challenge at BBTB2 CLICK HERE to play along.  I used a shaped card from Damask Decor.  I cut the outer layer twice once in a floral, and then again in white glitter for the bow.

DAD OF ALL TRADES

I made this card for my dad who has so many hobbies.  Including, painting, woodworking-he built a harp and taught himself how to play it.  He also runs 5 miles a day at 81 years old. His current passion is calligraphy. There is a lot of twine on this card.  I twirled it on to a pop-dot, braided it and tied it up.  I used sticker letters for the inside sentiment.

22 Now what will she do?

My daughter, Emily is turning 22.  She just graduated college and is figuring out what to do.   When she was younger she liked butterflies.  I made this card for her, using a sketch at Die Cutting Divas Click Here  for more information.  FCCB is having a"Don't Bug Me" challenge FCCB  And My Craft Spot is having a"What's Your Age" challenge CLICK HERE  And my friend Diana from DL Art is having a challenge to use scraps.  Boy did I have tons of them.  For the pas few weeks I have been throwing my scraps into a box instead of organizing by color.  Everything on this card except the base is a scrap form the box. CLICK HERE to find out the details and to see the great projects.

FLORAL CANDY BOX

I made this box to put candy and money in for my daughter's birthday.   I really went out of my comfort zone by going 3-D and by using primary colors.  The butterfly gems were given to me by Carri from DoubleClick AKA a Busy Bee CLICK HERE to view her amazing blog.  Thanks for the inspiration gems Carri.  I cut the box at 9.5" from Tie The Knot.  I didn't think it would be this big.  But I love it for candy or cookies.  The flowers are from Flower Shoppe-very 3D.
